SUMMARY:Season Launch Concert with Duo Concertante
DESCRIPTION:Our award-winning artistic directors Nancy Dahn and Timothy Steeves launch the 2022 season with our annual free presentation! \nThe evening will begin with a debut performance by talented young pianist Scott Nguyen. Also on the program are two live world premieres: Krithika Venkataramadas’ Saudade (2022)\, created as part of our Widening the Circle Program\, and Peter Gardner’s Six Portraits for violin and piano. We’ll also hear from Nancy and Tim about all the wonderful concerts and events planned for this August. The program will close out with the Duo’s signature composer\, Beethoven.
