DESCRIPTION:In the late-1980’s\, Robert Mellin was a young architect researching the construction of houses\, wharves and sheds in Tilting\, Fogo Island\, NL. The drawings\, photos and interviews he compiled into an acclaimed book are now re-imagined by Duncan Major and Melissa Hui in Tilting: At Water’s Edge as an audiovisual journey featuring original music\, animation\, and stories told by Tilting’s own residents. \nWith works inspired by other homelands by Janacek\, da Falla\, and Stravinsky.
